No Refund and No Exchange Policy
At Paradise of Gul, we prioritize the quality and safety of our edible and health food products. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict No Refund and No Exchange policy. This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and customer safety.
Policy Details
1. All Sales Are Final
Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of our products
2. Exceptions
The only exceptions to this policy are in the case of:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include photos of the damaged or defective product. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or a store credit.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order details and a description of the incorrect product received. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you or offer a store credit.
3. How to Report an Issue
To report any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team at paradiseofgul11@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable)
Our team will respond within 2-3 business days to resolve your issue.
Important Notes
- Health and Safety: As our products are consumables, we adhere strictly to this policy to maintain health and safety standards. Returning edible items
compromises the integrity and safety of the products for all customers.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or store credit due to a damaged or defective product, the cost of return shipping will be covered by Paradise of Gul.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for processing your request once all necessary information has been provided.
